When setting your sign-in password for the first time, please choose a strong password (such as a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and characters). You can also generate a string of complex and unique password with Password apps (1Password, LastPass etc). Once saved, these apps will help you fill in passwords automatically when signing in and protect you from phishing.
If you do not want to use these apps for password storage, please make sure that your AXNET account is using a unique and highly secured password that is different from those you used on any other websites, ESPECIALLY NOT the same password as your Email account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To level up your account security, AXNET encourages all users to bind TOTP (such as Google Authenticator) and Mobile to your account.

Sign up via Email
Your registered Email is a vital connection between you and your AXNET account and please use a secure Email to sign up your AXNET account. It would be a good idea to apply for a new Email solely for AXNET registration. After signing up, you can change your Email address as you wish.
Please make sure that your AXNET account is using a unique and highly secured password that is different from those you used on any other websites, ESPECIALLY the same one as your Email account.
Binding Mobile will level up your account security and please ensure your Mobile number is able to receive messages promptly. Due to SMS delay or service incompatibility with services providers, AXNET only supports Mobile binding in countries and regions with stable mobile carrier services.
If you can’t find your country code in the list, we strongly suggest you bind and use TOTP Authentication instead.
Mind your sign-in notification
For your account security, we will send you an Email or SMS notification every time you sign in to your AXNET account. You can check your sign-in records in the last 30 days in “Sign-in Records”. If your account has been signed in in city/region or via device/VPN which you do not recognize, please change your sign-in password or
contact AXNET support.

During the period, you can apply to freeze your AXNET account (Only available for signing in, unable to trade, deposit or withdraw when frozen) and recover it when your account is found.
